We offer a boutique, home-away-from-home experience exclusively for small dogs under 10kg. We deliberately keep numbers limited to provide personalised attention, familiar routines and a calm, caring environment. As dog parents ourselves, we understand the trust it takes to leave your little one in someone else's care.
2. What size and breeds of dogs do you accept?
We welcome small dogs weighing under 10kg, across a range of breeds. Every dog has a unique personality, so we consider temperament, socialisation and compatibility before confirming a stay.
3. How many dogs do you look after at a time?
We intentionally limit the number of dogs in our care to maintain a calm environment and give each pup individual attention. Our maximum capacity is 3 at a given time, subject to compatibility and the needs of the dogs staying with us.
4. Will you follow my dog's usual routine?
Absolutely. We understand how important consistency is for your dog's wellbeing. We tailor feeding times, walks, toilet breaks, play and rest periods to your dog's usual schedule, preferences and individual needs.
5. How do you ensure my dog stays safe?
Your dog's safety is our priority. We provide a secure, enclosed garden for supervised play, carefully managed interactions with compatible dogs and walks appropriate to each dog's needs. We will also discuss your dog's health, behaviour and any special requirements before their stay.
6. Will my dog have a dedicated space to rest?
Yes. We provide comfortable resting areas where dogs can relax and enjoy some quiet time away from play. Playpens or crates can be used where appropriate and suited to your dog's needs, preferences and usual routine.

7. Can I check on my pup during their stay?
We provide peace of mind through regular photo and video updates over WhatsApp. For extra assurance, our 24/7 live camera access allows you to see your pet settling in happily from wherever you are.
8. How are meals and bathroom breaks handled?
Every guest enjoys fresh water and meals served strictly to your schedule. We facilitate frequent toilet breaks tailored specifically to your dog's age and usual home habits throughout the day.
9. What is your approach to nervous or shy dogs?
We prioritize a gentle, slow-paced transition for every new visitor. By understanding their specific triggers and comfort zones beforehand, we create a supportive environment where they can build trust and feel secure in our quiet home.
10. What items should accompany my dog?
Kindly pack their regular food, any medication with clear labels, and their favorite bed or blanket to provide a sense of security. Having their own toys helps them feel right at home from the moment they arrive.
11. Is an initial consultation mandatory?
We host a meet-and-greet for all new clients to ensure we are a perfect match. This session allows your pup to explore the space and gives us a chance to discuss their unique personality and care requirements in detail.
12. What is the process for making a reservation?
You can reach out via our website, Instagram, or Rover. Once we confirm availability for your dates and ensure compatibility through a meeting, we will provide you with all the steps to finalize your booking.
13. Are there any welcome gifts for guests?
Every member receives a curated welcome hamper featuring dog-safe treats and fun toys. It is our way of making sure your pet feels like a VIP and has a special souvenir to enjoy during and after their visit.
14. Do you offer any exclusive discounts or partner benefits?
We collaborate with premium local groomers and pet boutiques to offer exclusive savings for our club members. Please ask us for our current list of active partnerships and member codes.

We specialize in personalized care for small pups, offering boutique hourly drop-ins, day boarding, and cozy overnight stays in a true home-away-from-home environment. We also have a pickup and drop facility available.

To ensure a perfect fit, every new member starts with a complimentary meet-and-greet session. Each stay is enhanced by delightful add-ons, including curated welcome hampers filled with treats and toys, alongside exclusive benefits through our local pet boutique partnerships.
16. What are the charges?
Hourly care is £15 per hour, Day boarding runs from 9am–6pm at £45 per day, while overnight stays are £65 per day.
